Mike grew up in South Boston and graduated from Boston Latin School and Bentley University. He immersed himself in the automotive sector and has held every role within variable operations from Sales Consultant to General Manager. For the past 16 years, Mike served as the Director of E-Commerce for multiple prominent dealer groups, driving exceptional outcomes and building award winning teams.

Mike believes that training is the cornerstone of building successful teams. This love of training brought him to Profit Pro, where he works to develop a training methodology that is set to redefine sales training not only within the automotive industry but also across multiple verticals. According to Mike, “We are spearheading a groundbreaking mobile training application that will reshape sales training standards.”
